Saul is a serial entrepreneur who has started over 10 companies, including Friends & Brgrs (acquired by NoHo Partners), and GeoDrill (acquired by Rototec). Saul brings extensive expertise in corporate strategy, product and business development, leadership, sales, and marketing.

Josua co-founded and led the performance marketing agency Rho+One (acquired by Genero). He has spent over a decade supporting the growth of 50+ companies across Europe and North America. Josua brings deep expertise in marketing, branding, business development, and corporate strategy. He holds a degree in business administration.

As a co-founder of the management consultancy Solvex, Jonas has helped dozens of companies, including global manufacturers, improve their operational efficiency. He was previously in charge of production management at Nautor. Jonas has extensive experience in operational excellence, supply chain management, and digital transformation. He holds dual degrees in engineering and finance.

Christian has extensive experience in leadership and industrial management. As CEO of Ekeri, he led the company to over 100 million € in revenue and strong profitability. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Nautor’s Swan and served as CEO of Keymet.

As co-founder and Chief Growth Officer, Sebastian has helped build Genero into a top 10 marketing agency in Finland and an acquisition by A-lehdet and then Spiltan-backed Collaboration Art. Sebastian also co-founded Friends & Brgrs (acquired by NoHo Partners) and Nooga (acquired by Accountor Group).

As co-founder and Growth Marketing Director, Jonathan has helped build Genero into a top 10 marketing agency in Finland and an acquisition by A-lehdet and then Spiltan-backed Collaboration Art. He has helped 100+ companies with tactical and strategic growth marketing, ranging from bootstrapped startups to global brands.

As the company’s second hire, Isak has helped build Friends & Brgrs into a top-ranked restaurant brand in Finland with 600+ employees and around 30 million euros in revenue. Currently serving as COO, he has played a key role in operations, recruitment, product development, business strategy, and marketing.

As co-founder and CEO, Rasmus has helped build Genero into a top 10 marketing agency in Finland and an acquisition by A-lehdet and then Spiltan-backed Collaboration Art. Rasmus also co-founded Friends & Brgrs (acquired by NoHo Partners) and Nooga (acquired by Accountor Group). 

Since becoming CEO of OSTP Finland in 2010, Thomas has led the company to revenues of almost 200 million euros and strong profitability. He is currently the chairman of Sundström and previously worked at Wärtsilä where he participated in dozens of M&A transactions.
