Investing

We invest in Finnish SMEs with strong business fundamentals or growth potential. Our goal is to partner with management to build companies that deliver useful products to customers, meaningful jobs for employees, and attractive returns for owners.

We are a hands-on investor with a proven track record of building over a dozen companies. We help our portfolio companies solve their most critical operational and strategic challenges, while also providing access to growth capital, experienced operational talent, and advisors who have led businesses from tens to hundreds of millions in revenue with industry-leading profitability.

We are flexible in deal size, holding period, and ownership role, investing in both minority and majority positions. Our main focus is profitable industrial manufacturing and service companies with revenues of 1-10 million euros.

Consulting

We also offer operational and strategic know-how on a consulting basis. Our services include turnarounds, strategy, corporate finance, operational improvements, business development, M&A, and ownership-related matters.

Experience. We have helped over 100 companies, from startups to billion-euro enterprises, to both save and generate millions of euros.

360° perspective. We analyze the entire business and every function to identify the biggest bottleneck.

Action. No fancy presentations or long reports. We focus on quickly identifying problems and starting to solve them.
